Wu Shi Jun Wushu Taiji, Eight Diagrams Palm (Eight Animal Styles and Eight Palms): The basic route of Ba Gua Zhang (Eight Diagrams Palm) includes Old Eight Palms, then "Interlinked Eight Palms", "Panlong Eight Palms" andsoon. "Eight Styles and Eight Palms" is one of them. It takes the shape of eight animals, containing swallow, eagle, bear, monkey, dragon, snake, tiger and horse. And integrated with the position of Eight Diagrams, it is called "Operation of Yin and Yang" to practice the fist vividly. The fist has some rules be same as the Eight Diagrams Palm and still with the characters of the Xingyi quan. It is a good for teaching material which is demonstrated by Wu Shijun who practices it with special style and design.
Wu Shi Jun Wushu Taiji, Pair Practice of Bafa Quan (Eight Technique Quan): BafaQuan (Eight Technique Quan) is created by Li Demao at the end of Qing Dynasty, taking in the essences of Tongbi, Tantui, Fanzi, Paochuiand Xingyi Quan and so on. While plying, you should skillfully use the eight techniques, that is, punching, drilling, wrapping, twisting, chopping, uppercutting, blocking and parrying. The movements are strictly arranged, practical, effective, fast and changeable, emphasizing techniques of attack and defense.
