| Mi Zong Lost Track Quan Series 1 (7/10): Lost Track Staff Walkin Product description: Walking staff is a Mi Zong style weapon. This form takes its name form Monkey King Sun Wukong for he was a wanderer. In fact, these are his golden stick exercise techniques. The techniques are simple, fierce, and all movements are arranged for practical attack and defense. With great speed and force, the player moves, feints, thrusts backward and forward, and dodges. No matter the direction of the enemy attack, it will meet powerful resistance from the Walking Staff. The staff should be performed accurately and firmly. The performer must stand as if rooted and move fast like a whirlwind, striking with great force. He should learn know how to use skill instead of strength to counter fierce attacks. The techniques often used are chop, smash, poke, rotate, press, parry, thrust, lift, sweep, pull, pick, block, stir, support, fan, point, and tilt.
